Qatar SC’s Youcef Belaili has been named as the QNB Stars League’s best player for the months of November and December, 2020, according to STATS, the official statistics and figures provider for the QNB Stars League.

Belaili scored nine goals and gave two assists in six matches in the 2020-21 season QNB Stars League (Weeks 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11).

The Algerian, who had joined Qatar SC recently, spent 562.13 minutes on the pitch across the six matches.

The 28-year-old forward played a vital role in ex-Qatar international Younes Ali-coached Qatar SC’s outstanding run that saw them record five successive wins and a draw.

Qatar SC defeated Al Wakrah 1-0, Al Arabi 3-0, Al Khor 3-0, Al Sailiya 3-1 and Al Ahli 4-1, while they pulled off a creditable 1-1 draw against Al Sadd in that order.

The highly-talented Belaili has previously represented a number of clubs.
