Qatar Football Association Award for 2020-21 season

<p>The Board of Trustees of Qatar Football Association (QFA) Award announced winners of the Best Awards for the 2020-21 season. The results are as follows:</p><p><strong>• Football for All Award</strong></p><p>This award is presented to organisations, groups or individuals making a significant contribution to promote football in Qatar. The “You Are Important” initiative was implemented by the Ministry of Interior (Stadium Security department under Establishments and Authorities Department).</p><p><strong>• Best Referee Team Award</strong></p><p>1. Best Referee: Abdulrahman Al Jassim</p><p>2. Best First Assistant Referee: Khaled Ayed Khalaf</p><p>3. Best Second Assistant Referee: Majed Al Shammari</p><p>4. Best Video Assistant Referee: Meshari Ali Al Shammari</p><p><strong>• Mansour Muftah Award for Top Scorer</strong></p><p>Baghdad Bounedjah, Al Sadd striker, with 21 goals.</p><p><a name="_Hlk76632888"><strong>• Best Under-23 Player Award</strong></a></p><p>Homam Al Ameen (Al Gharafa) received the highest number of votes in the final voting process.</p><p><strong>• Best Coach Award</strong></p><p>Xavi Hernandez (Al Sadd) obtained the highest percentage of votes in the final voting process.</p><p><strong>• Best Player Award</strong></p><p>Santi Cazorla (Al Sadd) received the most number of votes in the final voting process.</p><p>The Board of Trustees of QFA Award congratulated all awardees this season, and thanked and appreciated all nominees, wishing everyone continued success.</p>
