Al Wakrah Sports Club will convene a press conference today 5pm to introduce the team’s new Head Coach - Mauricio who will succeed the Serbian Goran Tufegdžić.<br />

Uruguayan Mauricio arrived in Doha on Thursday evening as both the Club Media Officer -Mohamed Al-Sulaiti, First Team official Khalifa Ahmed were at the airport to welcome the South American.<br />

The finer details of the contract are expected to be ironed with the club’s management before he is officially introduced to the Qatari media later today.<br />

Jose Mauricio is 45 years of age and was previously the head coach of Defensor Sporting Club in Uruguay.
